tomorrow is the super bowl day. this time, i careless about super bowl. why? it's bored game, i can assure you. the steelers will win for 6th super bowl. unless they proved me wrong. but i am looking forward to watch the commercials. i have always loved the super bowl commercials.

finally, i will work tomorrow since last monday. because i returned to school and i have evening classes so i can't work during in the morning because the classes starts 1230pm for wednesday to friday while tuesday is 730am. but i can work on tuesday after 230pm when i finish my classes.

basically, i work sundays, mondays, and tuesdays. that's it. i told my boss that i don't want to work on saturday because i want to do my homework, do papers, and research papers as well. first five week, i can't work at all, just sunday to tuesday. after five week, i can work any days like 8am to 12pm or 1pm. because the second class for next five week, it starts at 230pm. so that give me more hours to work. whew.

i have a feeling that they will say where have you been?! they know i return to school for second semester. i am looking forward to work with them again tomorrow.

yesterday, it was interesting. i had evening classes. it was a long evening. last semester the classes started 730am to 230pm. sometimes we finished early at 2pm. but this semester, it starts at 1230pm till 1030pm. this week i cook with two students. next week i will be server. oy.

yes, i have 7 classes again for this semester. here it is:

- menu plan/facility design.
- food service nutrition.
- culinary principles/kitchen management II.
- garde manager II.
- dining room operations II.
- hot foods II.
- pastry/bakery production II.

first three classes, it's on every tuesday from 730am to 230pm to the last day of second semester. the last four will be on every wednesday to friday. right now, i am taking garde manger II and dining room operations II from 1230pm to 1030pm for five week. then next class for another five week is hot foods II. after that class, pastry and bakery production II for last five week and then i am done for second semester.

it should be fun! :]

it was good to be back in school again. today was the first day of second semester. it went good. but i am looking forward this week because it will be cooking classes. every tuesdays are only for the classes, that's it. wednesday to friday, we cook. we don't have any classes on mondays. hooray!

did anyone watch the inauguration day today? i couldn't watch it because i was in the class from 730am to 230pm. how was it? was it touched? inspired? awesome speech? i will look at cnn.com to find out and see for myself.

arizona cardinals won - thank you very much.

pittsburgh steelers won - not surprised.


they will meet on february 1st for the super bowl XLIII in tampa bay, florida.


pittsburgh steelers wins it all, without a doubt. and the cardinals will be remained 62 years drought. for instance, chicago cubs haven't win the world series for 100 years. it will be 101 years drought, rest assured.

i work at saddle ranch chop house. yesterday it was two year anniversary.

congratulations, saddle ranch. i am proud that i am part of this and an employee for saddle ranch as well.

i don't know if i mentioned this before. my boss promoted me to line cook. but i still work as a prep cook. when the line cook is short, i will go and work there. basically, i have two different positions to work. awesome.

philadelphia eagles outplayed new york giants, 23-11.

pittsburgh steelers step up, send chargers home to san diego, 35-24.

now we have four teams left for nfl championships. what's more? the three teams are birds while the steelers aren't a bird.

arizona cardinals, philadelphia eagles, and baltimore ravens - they are birds. how coincidence is that?

detroit lions. yes, they are 0-16 this year. they haven't win one game. i mean, just one game at all. i believe it made a history for nfl. i don't remember, pardon me.

dactylology is a word and it's a new word to me. i learned it on december 29th. wow. that was my new word for 2008. now i wonder what will i learn a new word for 2009? hmm.

valkyrie - 7 out of 10.

it's funny because last monday, i watched downfall. then i watched valkyrie yesterday. two or three people from downfall were also in valkyrie but different characters.

valkyrie is based on a true story. i never knew about the history of attempting to kill adolf hilter until i watched this movie. it stated 20 times attempting to kill him but they failed and then he committed suicided.

seven pounds - no stars. why? i watched and there was no captioned. i told the manager about it and then it has captioned. about five minutes later, the captioned isn't showing again. and my boss texted me if i can work today. i told him, i can and i will come over shortly. i talked to the manager again and told her about what happened and i got my money back. so i don't know if it's a good movie or not. i was told it's good and sad, too. too bad i missed it.

i am going to watch valkyrie today. yes, same location that i went yesterday. wish me good luck.
