i got my second paycheck from viable.

tomorrow i will have a longest day at work. because i will work at 7am in the morning to 5pm. before it was 8am to 4pm. now i got more hours. hallelujah!

i will get my 12th paycheck today. and i should get my second paycheck from viable today but i don't know yet. will i get it today or next week? wait and see until the mailman drop the mails into the mailbox.

today i have to prepare an entree for my practical exam. understand this, the chef will pick a protein and give it to me. however, he also will pick his technique for cooking, for example: shallow poaching, roasting, sauteing and you get the idea. the rest of them, i pick for vegetables, sauces and starches. i already get idea for them but i don't know what kind of protein will i get today.
