my thoughts: hilarious. i enjoyed it. but at the ending part of movie, oh, boy. i feel bad for ryan, george clooney's character's name. i am not going to say anything. i feel up in the air will get few oscar nominations such as best picture, best supporting actress, perhaps, best director and one more thing, i don't know. i don't know about best lead actor. we will find out on february 2nd for the nominations list. good luck to them.

next: tooth fairy. hmm, i don't think i will watch it until they release a dvd. after that, extraordinary measures. maybe i will watch that movie.

i went to gold's gym today. twice, yes. shit, i am totally worn out. i am out of shape. last time i had workout was at bally's fitness in rochester, say, october 2005. i stopped because i got a role for the production - the passion of dracula. the classes were night and the rehearsals were night as well. but i kept running at least 5 miles ever since. i was 210 and then i lose 40 pounds for 3 months to 170.

now i am 186. my goal is 150 to 160. and then i will keep exercise and go to gold's gym for group exercise and running on treadmill as well.

the last surviving member of a group who helped to shelter anne frank and her family. she's a true hero.

finally, the chef has come back to scottsdale, arizona. i landed last night at around 10pm. i had a good time in new york. it was good seeing my sisters, my nephews and my relatives family as well. and friends, of course.

i went to new york for bris. i will tell you what bris is. bris is the jewish ritual of circumcising a male child eight days after his birth. my sister told me that she wanted me to be a godfather to his newest son. and i received the news from my baby sister that it's a baby boy. so i bought airline tickets to new york to be there for my newest nephew. yesterday, we went to temple in the morning to praying. after they finished their pray, we were getting ready for bris to the baby. the rabbi told me to sit down and he put the baby down on my lap while i hold him. the rabbi did it. and now i am a godfather to meir gadayev. meir means awaken one's life. i thanked them for being a godfather to meir. you will see a picture of us.

i miss new york, yes. i miss the weather. i miss everything in the big apple. without a doubt. but do i want to live there again? no. i have no desire living in new york. i already moved on. i will always miss new york.

that's my newest nephew. he was born on december 31st. he and his father has same birthday. i don't know his name yet. my sister know but can't tell us yet because it has to wait for 8 days after bris and then we will know his name. all i know he's mr. gadayev, that's all.

giants lost to the vikings, 44-7. i knew it was over when i saw the scores during the halftime. and of course, they are done. i mean, first five games, we were 5-0. and then next 4 games, we lost 4 straights in a row. then won, lost, won, lost and so on. that's not good. my prediction for super bowl is minnesota vikings vs indianapolis colts. let's wait and find out which two teams will go to the super bowl. beside that, i am dying to see the super bowl commericals.
