journal #43.

wow, what a week! i started my classes on august 25th at scottsdale community college. my major is culinary art. week one is checked. i am all ready for week two.

last wednesday, i made hummus from scratch. the next day i was making vinaigrette figs for dressing. and yesterday there were teams to make an entrees. i worked with 2 girls. she made two different dressings, one for sweet and the another one is little spicy. the another girl made 5 different noodles for dressings. and i made wontons. yes, we made asian dishes. the teacher who is a chef, assigned to us to make a dish.

now i wonder what will i make a dish/entree for week two. hmm.

come over and order to eat something for yourself. it's at artichoke grill restaurant at scottsdale community college. we open on tuesday through friday at 1130am to 1pm. when you enter the campus, enter the third entrance and then go to parking lot h. that's where the artichoke grill is.

i will post the pictures when i am done with my disposal camera. it's require to take at least 20 pictures for my journal entires.

overall, i love it. it's so much fun! the interpreters are awesome. i love them. the teachers are cool! keep in mind, they are chefs. i have 7 classes and four of them are chefs, rest of them aren't.
