journal #53.

this week will be week 4. one more week then i am done with 2 classes.

right now, i have 5 classes. the classes started on august 25th and it will be done by end semester of december before it starts winter break. another two classes will be done on september 26th which is next week.

i have 7 total classes for fall semester.

every monday i have: food costing, purchasing, and inventory control, food services safety, sanitation, and stewarding, and culinary principles and kitchen management I.

every tuesday to friday, that would be dining room operations I and garde manger I. both of them are five weeks classes.

after i finish with two classes, the next class is hot foods I for next five weeks. after this, i will take bakery and pastry production I for five weeks. after this, i will have one long month break for winter break.

i have 17 credits for this fall semester with 7 different classes.

i will have another 17 credits with 7 different classes for spring semester.

overall, i love it. i love classes. well, one class is kind of bored. anyway, i better get to go, study for math test tomorrow and doing homework, too.
