i made my decision.
i will not own a restaurant business in the future. i would love to own a business or two. but it has a lot of responsibilities, obligations, mortgages, taxes as well and such. i wanted to have a family. i mean, a happy family. so i am not going to do it.
what will i do? catering business or personal chef, i can do that. it should be fine.
i learned a lot from my class - menu design and facilities planning. i am very fortunate to taking this course for spring semester and i learn a lot about restaurants, menus, economics and many more. that's how i realized if i own a business, i will be in deep shit, that's for sure.
